Traveler is an experiential artwork that places participants outside of their own physical perspective. Wearing a VR headset, they view a live camera feed mounted above and behind them on a backpack-mounted armature. As they move through the gallery, they watch themselves navigate the space from a third-person viewpoint. The work creates an uncanny out-of-body sensation, inviting reflection on identity, embodiment, and the feeling of consciousness separating from the physical self.
